Rejection, delay, or objection raised by authorities does not qualify for refund.
We assist in rectification or re-submission as per the selected service plan.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Information
No refund will be provided if:
Client provides incorrect, false, or incomplete documents
Client fails to respond or cooperate during the process
Authority rejects the application due to client-side issues
7. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
It will be processed within 7–10 working days
Refund will be issued to the original payment method
