1. Service Nature

Legalease Compliance Delhi NCR provides consultancy, documentation assistance, registration support, and compliance-related services.

As most services involve professional time, documentation work, consultation, and government processing, refunds are subject to the conditions mentioned below.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following charges are strictly non-refundable:

  • Government fees

  • Portal charges

  • Application submission fees

  • Third-party service charges

  • DSC/token charges

  • Any service where work has already started

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only if:

  • The service request is cancelled before work starts

  • Required documents were not submitted by the client

  • We are unable to initiate the requested service

Refund approval shall be at the sole discretion of Legalease Compliance Delhi NCR.

4. No Guarantee of Approval

We assist in application preparation and submission. Final approval depends on the respective government authority.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Application rejection by authorities

  • Delays from government departments

  • Compliance issues from the applicant’s side

  • Incorrect information submitted by the client

5. Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds may take 7–15 business days to process

  • The amount will be refunded through the original payment method where possible

6. Cancellation Policy

Clients must request cancellation through official communication channels before processing work begins.

Once documentation, drafting, filing, or application processing has started, cancellation charges may apply.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are requested to contact us before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes. Fraudulent disputes may result in suspension of services and legal action where applicable.
